Led the UX on a mobile card game’s move to PC and Steam, from portrait and thumb to landscape and mouse.
Oversaw design on Bad Dinosaurs for Netflix Playground, keeping it playable for pre-readers.
Led design on a console platformer’s move to iOS and Android, for two thumbs on glass.
A racer that builds every track at runtime. I tuned the karts, abilities, scoring and AI running on it.
Planned the onboarding runs, then tracked 617,021 players through them to find the friction.
Ran playtests with ten players and found the score and multiplier confused them.
Rebuilt the wardrobe to handle full costumes as well as single items, specified for Art, Code and QA.
Built a 24-tier trophy ladder with a vault so trophies earned past the cap weren’t wasted.
Designed the front-end flow for cloud save, down to which of two saves survives.
Rebuilt a three-toggle Settings screen into a sectioned menu that could absorb cloud save and more.
Made ad creatives for Lemmings, iterating until the best-performing one had the player failing.
Built Lemmings’ social presence from the ground up, growing it to 70K+ across platforms.
